50 or nothing - I

3 weeks into 2012 and I have been exercising (gently running) more regularly, although I walked less.
Regarding food, well, judge by yourself with the new easy recipes and menus on Thought for food...or not.

Finally I bought some scales and the news are not good: my weight is 48.5Kg (with clothes on!)

Mmmm, still not quite there I guess...
